BCWBS and Let’s Play

May 26 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm PT

On May 26 from 12-1 pm, learn about the Let’s Play program that BCWBS offers! The Let’s Play program helps kids with physical disabilities learn about physical literacy skills with a sports chair. In this presentation, you will learn the model of Let’s Play and the program’s core audience.

Nadine has worked with BCWBS since September 2013. Having started as a part-time Program Coordinator and running the school’s program, she is now the Director of the BCWBS Let’s Play program.

Nadine graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Douglas College in 2014 and discovered adapted sports during this time. Nadine has a passion for providing inclusive opportunities to be active and play sports to individuals with and without physical disabilities.

Please note that this session will be closed 10 minutes after the start time to prevent disruption. Please be on time, or you can watch the recording on YouTube or Facebook afterwards.
