Dance is for everybody! Join the All Bodies Dance Project on alternating Fridays at 12pm PT to connect with the joy of movement, self-discovery, and imagination – all from the comfort of your home.

Explore and improvise through movement prompts, phrases, shapes, and activities that celebrate the diversity of inclusive community dance. No experience required; everyone is welcome!

Janice Laurence is a life long learner, disabled dance artist, educator, and world traveller. Her unique dance practice includes the joyful exploration of using various mobility aids. Janice was born with the neuromuscular disease Charcot Marie Tooth (CMT) Type 1A. She enthusiastically believes that movement, community, connections, and diversity are our strengths. She takes great delight in being part of All Bodies Dance Project. Janice also facilitates virtual improv dance classes for Dance for All Bodies, and is a Movement Ambassador for the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation.
