Copy of Kimchi Workshop with Renee Chan

Are you interested in gardening with the Disabled Independent Gardeners Association (DIGA)? Join Renée Chan on June 8th to learn all about kimchi, while learning how to make your own! Renée will discuss the impact that the pre and probiotics found in kimchi can have on your nutrition.
Learn how to create both non-spicy and spicy versions of this popular Korean food. If you want to bring your kimchi home, please bring your own container.

After losing her father to Diabetes, Renée has made it her mission to change people’s perceptions around how food can still taste good – WITHOUT the added sugar. She believes in a future where no one dies from preventable diseases.
