Create – Ability Art Hive

September 8 @ 12:00 pm 2:00 pm America/Vancouver

A free, inclusive online art therapy group presented by Adler University students

Join us for the opportunity to discuss, create and explore themes through art making in a virtual art therapy program.

Each week, you will be guided through conversations about different topics and be invited to make art around themes including: emotions, barriers, strengths, control, isolation, identity, belonging, hope, empowerment, resilience, connection, purpose, and self-compassion.

There will be a chance to share your art or ideas and feelings that come up. All creative abilities are welcome!

Presented by Bronwyn Taylor & Amy Lu, Adler University Master’s of Counselling: Art Therapy Students

The class will be closed 10 minutes after the start to prevent class disruption. With consent from attendees, classes will be recorded for internal use only. Recordings will not be shared publicly.

Please bring your own art material to the sessions – whatever you have available and are comfortable with. We recommend some paper and something you can use with colour (i.e. markers, pencil crayons, watercolours, etc.)

To participate, please review, complete, and return the participation consent form to btaylor2@adler.edu, one of the student therapists leading the sessions.
