Money Skills Part Two
We live in a world of cheap, available credit. But credit can lead to debt, sometimes enormous debt that can ruin you financially and emotionally.
In this free workshop, we’ll explore the good and bad types of credit; when it’s wise to use a type of credit; what your rights and responsibilities are when using credit; and how to build a good credit score and why it matters. Learn how to avoid getting trapped by debt when using credit, as well as your options for how to get out of debt if you’re in it and don’t know what to do or where to turn.
- Learn how to build and maintain a good credit history and deal with debt.
- How to be in charge of your own spending.
This workshop series is facilitated by Joanne Monteiro, who has an MBA in Finance and a Diploma in Teaching. Joanne will provide knowledge and insight on how you can plan to improve your financial situation.
