Invest in Yourself with the Richmond Centre for Disability
July 12 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm PDT
Embark on a journey of self-discovery. Draw upon your strengths and skills to move toward your preferred future and give back to the community. Join Louise Gaudry & Dina McInnes as they highlight some of Richmond Centre for Disabilities new programs. They will also be highlighting their Supports for Independent Living (SIL) program: One-On -One Employment or Community Involvement Seeking Assistance.
The Richmond Centre for Disability (RCD) is a resilient organization. They are participant-focused and committed to empowering their diverse, cross-disability membership. They do this by remaining approachable and responsive to member and stakeholder needs. They host programs such as Motion and Momentum+: a workshop series including three developmental modules that use an experiential learning approach to intrapersonal skill development. This is a strengths-based approach that allows participants to experience success, pride, respect, connection, hope and achievement.
