SUMMARY:Adaptive Chair Yoga with Bobbie Seale-Cobiskey
DESCRIPTION:Series Format: VIRTUAL \n\n\n\nJoin Bobbie Seale-Cobiskey for a 1hr Accessible Chair Yoga session every second Wednesday at noon PT. This accessible Chair Yoga class will weave together practical breathing techniques with sensitively taught yoga postures and movements to meet the needs of all participants.  \n\n\n\nBobbie is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT). She has developed curriculums and taught classes reaching out to specialized populations that include those with Alzheimer’s\, dementia and adaptive yoga for individuals living with a wide range of mobility challenges and those in recovery from addictions. \n\n\n\nRecording Policy: Please note that this live event will be recorded\, and clips of the instructor will be uploaded to YouTube and ConnecTra’s social media. Clips of participants and participant interactions WILL NOT be uploaded.  \n\n\n\nCamera and Microphone Policy: As it is an interactive program\, participants are welcome to keep their camera on if they would like to fully engage with the session.
