Adaptive Fitness with Julie Meier, Ocean Rehab & Fitness

Series Format: VIRTUAL
Add some movement to your routine with bi-weekly Adaptive Fitness with Julie Meier on Thursdays at noon PT! Julie hopes to pass her knowledge and passion on to others so they can live a happy and healthy life!
Julie is CanFitPro certified and has taught fitness classes for over 15 years. Specializing in older adult fitness and balance and fall prevention, Julie has had the opportunity to work with diverse populations and encourages the joy of movement for every body. Julie has completed her adaptive fitness certification through Ocean Rehab and Fitness.
Recording Policy: Please note that this live event will be recorded, and clips of the instructor will be uploaded to YouTube and ConnecTra’s social media. Clips of participants and participant interactions WILL NOT be uploaded.
Camera and Microphone Policy: As it is an interactive program, participants are welcome to keep their camera on if they would like to fully engage with the session. However, the use of camera and microphone are not mandatory, and we acknowledge that participation is flexible and can be different for everyone.

Participation in any of the aforementioned organizations is subject to the observance of the Disability Foundation and affiliated societies' rules and procedures. Staff, volunteers, and clients are part of a team and expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. This means that physical harm, verbal or written abuse, harassment of any kind, and any bullying behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone found to have committed conduct prohibited by the societies is subject to disciplinary actions as deemed fit by the Executive Director, up to and including removal from the programs.
