Improv Dance with All Bodies Dance Project

Series Format: VIRTUAL
Dance is for every BODY.
Join All Bodies Dance Project every second Friday at noon PT. Connect with the joy of movement, self-discovery, and imagination, all from the comfort of your home. Explore and improvise through action prompts, phrases, shapes, and activities that celebrate the diversity of inclusive community dance. No experience is required; everyone is welcome. Move as much or as little as you would like.
Camera and Microphone Policy: As it is an interactive program, participants are welcome to keep their cameras on if they would like to fully engage with the session. However, the use of camera and microphone are not mandatory, and we acknowledge that participation is flexible and can be different for everyone.
Recording Policy: Please note that this live event will NOT be recorded nor streamed to other platforms.

The Disability Foundation and affiliated societies' locations, programs, and events are inclusive and welcoming environments. Participation in any of the aforementioned organizations is subject to the observance of the Disability Foundation and affiliated societies' rules and procedures. Staff, volunteers, and clients are part of a team and expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. This means that physical harm, verbal or written abuse, harassment of any kind, and any bullying behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone found to have committed conduct prohibited by the societies is subject to disciplinary actions as deemed fit by the Executive Director, up to and including removal from the programs.
