Abilities Dance Class With Joanne Cuffe

Move in new ways, release tension, and connect with community! No matter your dancing abilities, Joanne Cuffe will get you moving and grooving with live guided dance activities on alternating Fridays at 12pm PT. Follow along and feel free to add your own flare; there are no wrong moves here!

Joanne Cuffe has been facilitating dance since 2014 with disability communities in Lekwungen territories (Victoria). They have trained in contemporary dance and improvisation with dozens of teachers. Joanne has non-visible disabilities and is active with cross-disability arts and advocating for collective access.

Participation in any of the aforementioned organizations is subject to the observance of the Disability Foundation and affiliated societies' rules and procedures. Staff, volunteers, and clients are part of a team and expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. This means that physical harm, verbal or written abuse, harassment of any kind, and any bullying behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone found to have committed conduct prohibited by the societies is subject to disciplinary actions as deemed fit by the Executive Director, up to and including removal from the programs.
