Cultivating Mindfulness with EmotionsBC

It’s okay if you haven’t felt like yourself lately; many of us haven’t. Join Lauryn from EmotionsBC on February 26th, from 12 – 1 PM PT, for a presentation on the importance of caring for your mental health.

EmotionsBC is a community of people connected through shared experiences of caring for someone with mental health challenges, and they can provide you with the resources to improve your mental well-being.

As a community of parents, siblings, partners, grandparents, neighbours, and friends, they provide information, resources, skills, and a support network to help people better connect with their loved ones and achieve meaningful, long-lasting relationships through responsive rather than reactive communication.
